Health Education Series (Plant Based Meal Planning)

Eating plant-based meals has been shown to help people maintain a healthy weight, healthy heart, and overall health. In this webinar, you will learn how you can create healthy plates using plant-based proteins and identify ways to meet all your nutritional needs. You will also be invited to create a realistic action plan to design your own plant-based meals. All Emory employees are welcome to join the health education series. |
