The Greater Atlanta RCE, fall virtual Research Seminar series presents:

The sweeping expansion of genetically modified soybeans in Argentina has underpinned the country’s exports since the late 1990s, while also has exacerbated problems of agrochemical exposure. This talk will focus on the ways in which rural populations think, feel, and act when affected by agrochemical exposure, and will analyze the dynamics of mobilization and demobilization around these issues.
