  Emory’s Atlanta campuses are about six miles from the downtown, Midtown and Buckhead areas. The Oxford Campus, the original site of Emory College when it was founded in 1836, is located about 40 miles east of Atlanta in Oxford, Georgia.

Chair of the House Natural Resources Committee, Raúl M. Grijalva will lead an online forum on environmental justice and public health in Louisiana’s Cancer Alley region on August 27th at 1:30 pm Eastern time. The event is part of Grijalva’s ongoing national virtual tour to raise awareness about The Environmental Justice for All Act.
