Emory, in alignment with the IPCC special report, commits to reducing carbon emissions 45% by 2030 and reaching net zero emissions by 2050. Emory will work toward these goals by implementing climate solutions in Emory’s operations, policy, outreach and education, and community engagement work.

Want to enjoy a summer bike ride through Atlanta? Critical Mass brings hundreds of Atlantans together for a bike ride the last Friday of every month. The ride starts at Woodruff Park and goes 10-15 miles, ending back at Woodruff Park around 8:30pm.
The Emory Farmers Market features local and seasonal produce, artisan products, baked goods, diverse lunch options, and more. Vendors include local Georgia farmers and small business owners, offering delicious, convenient, and sustainable food options to the Emory community every other Tuesday in the summer.
