Science for Georgia, Inc.’s mission is to improve communication between scientists and the public, to increase public engagement with science, and to advocate for the responsible use of science in public policy. They envision a connected, vibrant, and sustainable science community, woven into the fabric of Georgia by making science trustworthy, accessible, inclusive, and a foundation of GA’s prosperity. Science for Georgia’s focus is making science actionable by offering communication classes and outlets for scientists to engage with the public, policymakers, and the press.
