Emory Dining Advances Sustainable Food Goals with Bon Appetit Management Company

In May of this year, Emory Dining switched food service vendors from Sodexo to Bon Appetit Management Company, which has brought transformative changes to the dining options and operations at Emory. An Emory Report article chronicled the major changes in place by the start of the fall semester. Bon Appetit has continued to pursue culinary integrity and is now purchasing products from many local farms and artisans including Southern Swiss Dairy, White Oak Pastures, Tucker Farms, and a handful of vendors at the Emory Farmers Market. These products are featured in the cafes and the Eagle Convenience Store, providing healthy local options for the Emory community.
